Join Special Guest Chef Danny Kievit from Moonshine and Lake Austin Spa Resort Executive Chef Stephane Beaucamp for a gourmet supper with wine pairings. Chef Danny Kievit was born and bred in Texas and knew his career path would lead to the kitchen from a young age. Securing his first restaurant job at age 15 and feeling immediately at home in the commercial kitchen, Danny has been honing his skills ever since, graduating from Austin’s Escoffier Institute in 2006 and working in kitchens across Texas, including Truluck’s Steaks and Seafood where he was Executive Chef from 2006 to 2014. Danny assumed the role of Culinary Director for Moonshine Patio Bar & Grill in 2014 and continues to delight guests with his creations every day!
