Family Owned and Operated since 1974, Ugly John's Custom boats started as a boat and RV Dealership in Oklahoma and Arkansas by John Mullen, better known in the boating industry as the legendary "Ugly John".
Known for his racing success from 1974 through 1986, he captured three national speed records, two national championships and a world championship in drag boats and offshore racing.

Since then, Ugly John's Custom Boats has grown nationally, including our Lake Travis- ATX location at 3639 Ranch Road 620.
We sell custom, new, and pre-owned boats, yachts, pontoons and tritoons, we also provide boat and yacht brokerage services, buy boats, take trade-ins, and offer boat financing.
