The morning of family fun kicks off at The Long Center for the Performing Arts before the Kids K at 8:45 a.m. One hundred percent of the proceeds from the race go to Caritas of Austin\, a local nonprofit dedicated to preventing and ending homelessness for people in Greater Austin. Nearly $3.8 million has been raised for Caritas since the Trot's inception in 1991. Registration includes a T-shirt and a run guide.
