He is married to Debbie Miller and has 2 kids\, Charlie (16) and Gracie (14).  He has lived in Austin\, TX since 1991 and has been in banking since 1993.  Andrew has a Finance Degree and MBA from St. Edward's University.  Andrew works at Happy State Bank and is a SVP of Commercial Lending specializing in Commercial Construction Loans.  Andrew's area of expertize are in Retail\, Light Industrial\, Value Add\, Land Development/Entitlement\, and Multi-Family.  Andrew also sits on the Board of Directors for the Lake Travis Chamber of Commerce and runs their Ambassador program. \n\n \n\nTD Winters   SVP CLO of Central Texas:\n\nTD (Mary) Winters was born in Corpus Christi\, TX and began her banking career there in 1989. She has worked in the world of finance 30+ years fulfilling roles in credit\, loan administration\, and executive management.   She is married to Drew Winters\, has two married daughters (Kathryn/Jonathan and Laurel/Tom) and one grandson (James). TD has lived in the Austin metro area for 27 years and has a Finance Degree from Texas A&M Corpus Christi. TD is an alumni of SMU's Southwest Graduate School of Banking and serves as a class mentor. entered around helping her internal and external clients achieve goals and strengthen their current position. Today she is a Senior Vice President and the Central Texas Divisional Chief Lending Officer for Happy State Bank.  TD sits on the board for Centrant Community Capital (an affordable housing consortium)\, is a member of the following: IBAT's (Independent Bankers Association of Texas) Emerging Technology Committee\, TBA's (Texas Bankers Association) Bankers Leadership Council\, FWIT (Financial Women in Texas).
